Tulika is a certified practising member of Speech Pathology Australia and is one of the head speech pathologists at POSH. She has over 2 years’ experience as a speech pathologist and has managed clients from 2 years to 85+ years. She is also a qualified mental health clinician having graduated with a Master’s in Mental health from University of Queensland. Tulika has extensive knowledge in developmental disorders such as Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity disorder and Global Developmental Delay. She also managed children with anxiety, PTSD and attachment disorders. She has also completed training in the following programs:
She can speak Bengali and Hindi fluently and have interests in adult neurological disorders and mental health for all ages. She is also currently pursuing a masters’ degree in mental health with goals to help people with mental health and communication disorders together.
Alice graduated from the University of Queensland with a Bachelor of Speech Pathology and has since worked in both the private and education settings. She is also a certified practising member of Speech Pathology Australia and strives for on-going clinical development to ensure quality evidence based practice is delivered. Alice has a strong passion in many areas including children with hearing impairments and working with children with culturally diverse language backgrounds (CALD) as she is conversationally fluent in Mandarin. She has also completed her Master of Audiology program at the University of Queensland and more than one year experience as a qualified Audiologist. Alice has completed the following training:
